COMMUNITY KITCHEN PROGRAM:

INTRODUCTION: A Community Kitchen is a group of volunteers in a defined outreach-community who organizes a healthy, nutritious & affordable meals for the underprivileged people. M22 Doctors’ foundation’s aim is to create a “reasonable & sustainable fund source” for the “Community Kitchen volunteers” to run the project for a prolonged period. The fund source will be created by establishing a “revenue generating business” for the “group of volunteers”

BENEFIT:

·       Target beneficiaries: 125 to 150 persons per unit kitchen.

·       Healthy-nutritious meals with an affordable cost:

·       Employment & skill development opportunity:

·       The beneficiaries will be involved from the cultivation of   the raw materials to cooking of the healthy meals by their own.

The positive outcome of the community kitchen concept will influence to grow the similar one in the neighborhood area.
