FAMILY INFORMATION OF BENEVOLENT: Mr. Sadie lives in Mymensingh with his parents in a rental house. His father is a retired person since 2014. All the siblings of Mr. Sadi are married and living as separate family @  home and abroad. He is unmarried and dependent for his family.

PROFESSION & INCOME OF BENEVOLENT: Mr. Sadi completed his graduation [BA Bed] from Teacher’s Training College, Mymensingh.  He developed some skill on graphic designing field and run an online shop selling some traditional food items. His earning is a lum-sum amount and contributes it to his family ## His father’s income is fixed about BDT 25 thousand per month received as a Pension. They need about BDT 35 thousand per month as minimum family expenditure. So, Sadie requires BDT 10,000 to meet up their financial deficit.

PLAN TO HELP THE BENEVOLENT: Mr. Iftekhar Mobin Sadi, our benevolent came to notice by Dr. Suraiya Bilkis Jahan, sister of Dr. Jahangir Sarwar Munna, member of our foundation. He is honest & energetic bearing a positive attitude to grow himself by his own business. But he can’t start any business due to lack of fund.

Mr. Sadi planned for a street food cart business and needs BDT One lac fifty thousand (BDT I50,000) to start. He has an experience to run an on-line shop named as “Nobanno” involved in delivering the exclusive traditional food items of   Mymensingh for 2 years. His business motto is:” Connecting people to a sustainable business growth by profit”.  But his earning is negligible as we mentioned earlier.

Considering the above enthusiasm of the benevolent to grow himself as an entrepreneur, Dr Bilkis takes the initiative to help Mr. Iftekhar Sadi through M22 Doctors’ Foundation with the aim to make his life self- reliant.  

PROJECT PROPOSALS: [DRF-SRP-23-007]:

[ 1^st STEP]:  For immediate increase of monthly earnings: [a] to start a street food-cart. Initial net profit per month projected as BDT Twenty Thousand (20,000) .  

FUND REQUIREMENT: BDT 150,000 only [ Food Cart buying & decoration = BDT 60,000] + [Power line with meter = BDT 20,000] + [Utensils & initial selling items= BDT 30,000] + [Daily ingredients & others =40000]

OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT: The followings are the positive outcome of this project:

[a] Mr. Iftekhar Sadie will run his own business efficiently as he has some working experiences in this field. [b] the income deficit (BDT 10,000) of his family will be met up from the earnings of his business. [c] Moreover, he will be able to deposit about 10 thousand per month from his profit margin. This savings will help him to fulfil his second stage of business in near future, [ d] the financial burden from his father will be reduced gradually [e] Mr. Sadie will able to develop himself in the IT field and there increase his online shopping network.

PLAN FOR PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY: These are as follows:

[a]the project will be supervised by Dr. Jahangir Sarwar Munna, Member of the foundation [b] The benevolent will be encouraged to start a monthly savings from his profit margins, [c] Mr. Sadie has been advised to develop more skill on IT field i.e. Graphic designing, web developing, digital marketing etc. thereby his food business will get a backup earnings.
