Dr. Debashish Dewan obtained his MBBS degree (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) from Mymensingh Medical College in 1993. He worked for a few years as a Medical Officer at Holly Cresent Hospital, Chittagong, Bangladesh. 

He migrated to New Zealand in 1996 & then once more to Australia in 2000.

He completed his AMC (Australian Medical council) exam in 2001 (part-1) and 2004 (part-2). He worked as a medical officer at multiple Government Hospitals within Sydney, NSW. Subsequently he started higher study for fellowship in general practice and obtained his FRACGP (Fellow of the general practice) from The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Sydney, Australia, has been current permanent residence and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. He has accumulated over 21 years of work experience inside the Australian health care sector. Currently, he is working with “For Health” Australia, as a senior GP specialist. Special interest in child behavioral health and immunology.
